Working together is the only way we are going to grow our businesses, improve our communities, and create a hopeful future for everyone. That’s why the Spring 2016 Good Leadership Breakfast Series is focused on leaders who shine the light on “working together” for their success. And, three of four speakers in each series this year will be women leaders.

Here is what’s on the menu this spring:

Colleen Needles Steward: February 19

Colleen is a familiar face to many from her days behind the anchor desk at WCCO-TV in Minneapolis, sitting next to Don Shelby. Today she is an extraordinary entrepreneur – the President and CEO of Tremendous! Entertainment – a production company focused on the hunt for excellence in television. She founded Tremendous! Entertainment with the purpose of telling longer stories with redeeming content. And as the company grew, they carved a niche in providing unprecedented access to fascinating places and people around the world.

Good Leadership Breakfast Speaker - Beth GoetzBeth Goetz: March 18

Major college athletics today is big business with big drama. Beth Goetz recently stepped into the role of University of Minnesota Interim Athletics Director at a time when two very high-profile leaders left the University. Beth is calm and steady, and often described as a “rock star” by her peers. Today, she is leading significant fundraising and coaching changes with grace and dignity.

Maureen Bausch: April 15

Good Leadership Breakfast Speaker - Maureen BauschMaureen Bausch is putting the Twin Cities on the map in 2018, as the CEO of the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee.  She is coordinating a “Who’s Who” list of companies and people who will shine the spotlight of the NFL on Minneapolis/St. Paul. Maureen is accustomed to being an ambassador for the Twin Cities; with 24 years of experience at the Mall of America. We are lucky to have her as a speaker, because she is busy, busy, busy!

Matthew Allnatt: May 20

Good Leadership Breakfast Speaker - Matthew AllnattThe lone-male speaker on the Spring series is a charismatic Brit, who is flying in from California to speak.  Matthew Allnatt is the chief executive at Jonathan Club, one of America’s finest private clubs. He oversees dining and social and athletic activities, in both downtown Los Angeles and on the beach in Santa Monica, California. His wit, humor and charm makes the story of his success in America even more endearing.

You can purchase season tickets here, or register for any of the breakfasts individually.

Good leaders step away from their desks to learn from other good leaders. And they know that working together, with good intentions, is the only way we can really grow.
