Commissioner of the Big Ten Conference
Returning as a 3-time Good Leadership Breakfast speaker, Kevin Warren is excited to be speaking to our Young Leaders on how they can carve a better path forward during these unprecedented times.
Currently, Kevin serves as the sixth Commissioner of the Big Ten Conference and the first African American Commissioner to lead an Autonomy Five conference. Warren most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League where he worked since 2005. He was the highest ranking African American executive working on the business side for a team in the NFL and was the first African American COO in NFL history. Prior to joining the NFL, he worked for the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig and holds a degree from Notre Dame Law School.
Throughout is career in sports and law, Kevin has seen the importance of helping our Young Leaders see the path towards a brighter future, and he believes that the Good Leadership Breakfast is one of the best ways to do that.

What is the Good Leadership Breakfast?
The Good Leadership Breakfast is a leadership development workshop which features speakers who are good leaders, and who create great results with their teams. The breakfast is a unique learning experience that brings together results-minded leaders who believe that goodness pays. Paul Batz is the host and facilitator who cultivates an environment of learning and professional growth, including personal reflection, stimulated by the leadership tools of his coaching and consulting firm, Good Leadership Enterprises.
