A focus on the team and shared commitments are the key to everyone moving forward.
Me-first leadership is creating confusion and unrest. It understandable, but still disruptive. After years of M&A activity, our leaders have grown through trial and error, developing in a jungle where only the fittest survive. Now we expect them to submit to a unified culture for the greater good of the company. How can build a “we-first” culture, instead of “me-first?” where people get power by being negative. What we need is a consistent set of leadership expectations and shared commitments we can use to move forward together.
