How do we achieve the results we want when some aren’t doing their fair share?
Lack of accountability is draining our morale and hurting our confidence. Not everyone is going to fit, but rewarding longevity over performance isn’t dead yet in our culture. A-players are getting frustrated as the C-players linger. We’ve rallied around bold goals, we have a compelling plan, but not everyone is pulling their weight. Maybe we don’t have the right people in the right seats on the bus. We need help asking the question: How do we get honest with each other about job performance so we can win together?
