How do we get off this roller coaster and focus?
Why can’t we hit our targets every quarter?
Our board and senior management are not aligned, and it’s hurting our confidence. We have the top leadership talent to compete, but hardly any bench strength, and when top leaders are distracted by Board meeting preparations our results suffer. It’s wasted time that seems to go nowhere. We need help aligning our CEO and the Board so we can all focus on winning without the distractions.
